Hearty Maple Stew

I've recently been making this recipe for a nice warm, hearty fall stew.  You really have got to try it!  It's easy to put together and tastes soooo good!

Hearty Maple Stew
1 lb. maple flavored sausage
6-8 red potatoes
2 stalks celery
1 bag baby carrots
1/2 onion
1 red pepper
1 large can cream of chicken sop
milk

Brown sausage and drain grease.  Chop all vegetables (I sometimes leave the carrots whole, but it's easier for the kids to eat if you cut them in half or thirds).  Pour all veggies, and sausage into a crockpot and set on low.  Mix together large can of cream of chicken with half the can (size) of milk.  Pour mixture over vegetable/sausage mixture.  Mix well, and let cook in Crock Pot for 6-8 hours (on low).  The lower, slower, and longer it cooks, the more the maple flavor will incorporate.
Serve with your favorite rolls.
