Heart-Shaped Ponytails

Having a little girl is so much fun!  Little Rapunzel is such a sweetheart and like I've said before, 100% girl!!!

I had some fun playing with her hair on Valentines Day and had to try out this cute hair do I saw.  It was so easy and quick....perfect for a squirmy 2 year old with little time to sit.

I started out by parting her hair down the middle and then did two pigtails only doing a "half-up" do.  From there you just a topsy-tail, but do it reverse so the hair is coming out the top.  Divide the hair in half twisting each section a couple of times.  Loop it around it a heart shape and secure with an elastic at the bottom.  Style the ends with a simple curl under or out or even some cute ringlets.

I did them in a pigtail style this time, but it would look very cute with a single pony in the back or even one half-up on the side.
