A sneak peak before its done....

When I finished the quliting on this last night, the lighting in my house was terrible and was not showing the true color of the quilt, so I waited until today to snap a quick pic of it.  I really, really wanted to do some fun free-motion designs, but I went with just quilting some simple straight lines around the blocks....mostly because I don't feel confindent enough to do one for someone else yet.  Maybe soon!!This is what I cam up with:

Please dont mind that it needs to be ironed again,  it was folded up so my kiddos wouldn't spill their breakfast and lunch all over it.   :)
